Delete Account URL Instructions

Introduction:

If you wish to delete your account and all associated data for Menergy, please follow the steps below:

Steps to Account Deletion:

• Step 1: Log in to your account on the app.
• Step 2: Navigate to the Profile Tab.
• Step 3: Click on "Delete".
• Step 4: Confirm that you want to delete your account in the appearing popup.
• Step 5: Data Deletion Details:

Upon deletion, the following data will be permanently removed from our servers:

• Name and Surname
• Phone Number
